Can I connect my sleep tracking device/ wearable with Stellar Sleep?

Yes, Stellar Sleep works with both Apple Health compatible devices and Google Health Connect compatible devices.

If you are using a third-party wearable and would like to sync the data from your wearable to Stellar Sleep, you can connect your wearable directly from the "Connect with a Wearable" option from the Profile tab of the app. If your wearable is not yet among the available options, you will have to first connect your wearable with the Apple Health app first, and then connect Apple Health with Stellar Sleep.

If you're using a device that is not directly compatible with Apple Health or Health Connect , you may be able to download a third-party app like Sync Solver to sync your device data with Apple Health / Health Connect.
