What should I do if I encounter issues with the app?
The first thing to do is to make sure that you're on the latest version of our iOS or Android app. If not, please update the app using the links below, or by visiting the App Store or Google Play. Most of our user-reported problems are resolved this way.

Why is the app not asking me for an access code?
Entering an access code is not required if you create an account with the same email address that you used for billing. We will be able to automatically link your Stellar Sleep account with your billing information and your sleep quiz results.
Is Stellar Sleep available in my country?
The Stellar Sleep app is available in all countries except for China. You may still access Stellar Sleep in China using a VPN. You'll need an iPhone or an Android phone in order to download the Stellar Sleep app.
