What should I do if I encounter issues with the app?

The first thing to do is to make sure that you're on the latest version of our iOS or Android app. If not, please update the app using the links below, or by visiting the App Store or Google Play. Most of our user-reported problems are resolved this way.


Refer to our user guide if you're still experiencing issues. Also, feel free to submit a ticket with the label "Product: Issues" for the question "What do you need help with?". We aim to respond to all user-reported issues within 48 hours.
