Step 1: Get an access code
The only way to sign up for an account is to get an access code. You will first have to complete our sleep quiz so that we can create a personalized program for you.
At the end of the quiz, you will be invited to sign up for a 7-day trial. You will be asked to provide your email address and billing information before starting the trial. After that, you will receive a unique access code via email along with instructions for downloading the app.

if you haven't heard from us after more than 15 minutes. Step 2: Download the app
An iPhone or an Android phone is required to download the app. After getting the access code, you can download the app on the App Store or Google Play using the links below:

Alternatively, you can search for "Stellar Sleep" on the App Store or Google Play to download the app.
Step 3: Create an account
After downloading the app, you can signup for an account by entering your email address and a password of your choice, and click on the Continue button. Alternatively, you can log in using Google, or Apple (for iPhone users).
Step 4: Enter your access code
Enter your unique access code in the app. The code is for one-time use only, so do not share it with anyone.

Entering an access code is not required if you create an account with the same email address that you used for billing i.e. you use the same email address in Step 1 and Step 3.

Do not click on the "Get an access code now" button if you have already completed the sleep quiz and submitted your payment information once. The button will take you to the same quiz as before.
If you've already paid for Stellar Sleep but have not received an email (check your spam folder first), please
submit a support request (select "Product: Account creation" for the question "What do you need help with?") and we can help you activate your account.

Step 5: Start your program
We'll recommend you a program based on the severity of your sleep problems. In addition, we'll be calibrating a personalized sleep window for you based off the latest research on behavioral therapy for insomnia. For optimal results, remember to record your sleep on the app everyday.

Before you start your program, we will ask you to confirm your responses to 7 clinical questions (which should already be automatically filled up based on your sleep quiz results from Step 1). This is to make sure that you've answered these questions correctly the first time. Please feel to make changes accordingly.

How long does it take to see results?
It depends. You’ll receive a program based on your sleep needs, which you’ll be expected to spend around 5 - 10 minutes a day on. Most people start seeing improvements within 2 weeks, and start seeing significant results over the next several weeks.
