How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime on the app by going to the Profile tab. Scroll to the Settings section, then click on the "Manage Subscription" option.
Alternatively, you can also
submit a ticket (select "Billing: My subscription" for the question "What do you need help with?") before your next payment to cancel your subscription.
Please provide your billing email address and the last 4 digits of your credit card to expedite the process.
After canceling your subscription, you will still have access to your program until the end of your subscription period. After that, your Stellar Sleep program content, sleep logs, and journal entries will no longer be accessible.
